Requirements for print files

IMPORTANT:

• Please submit a preview in .jpeg, .png or .pdf format for each design along with the work file. Work file format: ai, eps, pdf
• Colors: CMYK, Pantone colors + spot colors for finishing operations
• resolution - at least 300 dpi

Raster images (photos, illustrations, pictures)

Raster images must be:

• format - .tif, .psd
• color - CMYK, Pontone colors.
• resolution - at least 300 dpi

Requirements for files designed for screen printing, tactile varnish application, hot foil stamping:

• Minimum size of graphic elements and lines: 0.5 pt.
• Minimum distance between graphic elements and lines: 0.5 pt.

Requirements for files designed for embossing:

• Minimum size of graphic elements and lines: 0.7 pt.
• Minimum distance between graphic elements and lines: 2.5 pt.

Technical restrictions:

• Minimum distance of text and / or graphic elements to the line of the die cut: 1 mm.
• For multi-sheet labels - 2 mm.
• Bleeding of the elements - 2 mm.
